Day 1: Arrival / City Tour in Novo Airão (optional: by bike)
- Transfer from Manaus to Novo Airão (2h30m - 200km) in air-conditioned vehicle.
- Lunch at the CamuCamu Restaurant.
- City Tour in Novo Airão, with tour guide. It can be done with hotel's bikes or motor vehicle.
- Afternoon optional 1: Lecture about Amazon biome, dry-flood regime of Rio Negro, zoomorphy, geomorphy, water basins, historical occupation, medicinal knowledge
- Afternoon optional 2: diving with buoys in Rio Negro.
- Dinner at Restaurant CamuCamu.
- Included optional: Focus alligator and other nocturnal animals in the Anavilhanas National Park by speedboat.

Day 2: Anavilhanas Beach / Giant Tree / Traditional Community / Trail in Forest
- Breakfast at CamuCamu Restaurant.
- Dry Season: After breakfast, speedboat journey (45min) for leisure in the Chameleon Beach, in the heart of Anavilhanas National Park. After a refreshing bath, flora and fauna appreciation, rapid shift to the largest tree in the Anavilhanas flooded forest, the Giant Macucu, in a fast incursion into lowland forest. Then travel to Sobrado Beach for lunch of traditional amazon fish roasted on the grill. Rest and contemplation in hammocks armed through the trees of the island, already near the community of Curuçá, which has bathroom and toilet services. 
- Flood Season: Speedboat journey to visit the Sobrado riverside community with interpretive trail with 2h30m trekking, where you will have opportunity to meet the fauna species, flora and Samaúma, the biggest tree specie in the Amazon. Lunch with traditional amazonian fish barbequed in traditional Caboclo’s house.
- Speedboat return to the Lodge (45min).
- Dinner at CamuCamu Restaurant.

Day 3: Sunrise / Piranha Fishing / Interaction with Pink Dolphins / Departure
- Speedboat departure before breakfast for sunrise contemplating at Anavilhanas Archipelago.
- Return for breakfast.
- Speedboat departure for piranha fishing activity, return with pitstop in freshwater beaches (dry season) or aquatic trails through igapós (flood season).
- Return at 11:00 a.m. to Lodge’s check out. - 12:00 a.m.
– courtesy lunch in Camu-Camu Restaurant, under condition of unoccupied suite.

- 3 hours trekking in primary forest). In return, visit to Caboclo site with native fruits orchard.
- Flood season: Lunch at the Madadá Belvedere overlooking the Anavilhanas Archipelago. Rest and contemplation in the lookout hammocks, with bathroom and toilet services, and visit the giant tree Tanimbuca specimen.
- Dry Season: Lunch at Caboclo’s straw house, diving in Madadá stone formations.
- Speedboat Return to the Lodge (1h30), among islands of Anavilhanas National Park.
- Dinner at CamuCamu Restaurant.
